Manchester United are willing to spend up to £100m, to seal Angel Di Maria’s transfer from Real Madrid.
Louis van Gaal is desperate to bring in world-class players, especially after the opening day 2-1 defeat to Swansea at Old Trafford and he has reportedly told chief executive Ed Woodward to do all he can to sign the winger.
According to the Daily Mail, the Red Devils are willing to pay Di Maria £200,000-a-week, to lure him told Trafford this summer.
The
26-year-old would cost £50m in transfer fees and will be offered a
five-year deal, which would see the club’s investment in Di Maria hit
the £100m mark.
